Modern concepts of differential diagnosis and treatment of polyneuropathies

Abstract. The article presents the clinical characteristics of polyneuropathies in various diseases and pathological conditions; the list of examinations for the diagnostic search for the causes of polyneuropathy, algorithm for differential diagnosis of polyneuropathies. The place of B vitamins in comprehensive therapy of polyneuropathies is considered.
