As a requirement of fulfilling the GMP and certified management systems requirements carried out by World Medicine, in Turkey and in all countries where it operates;in addition to legal requirements, within the framework of national and international current quality systems, with sustainable quality targets, we develop, produce and offer to the market impeccable, effective and reliable products by following the innovations in the sector.

Every employee of World Medicine knows that they are responsible for ensuring product quality, patient and consumer safety and satisfaction, and within the framework of these purposes, they continue to work in accordance with the cGMP and certified management systems requirements and the context of the organization.

We fulfill the requirements of our GMP and certificated management systems, which are implemented as an indicator of our commitment to quality.

In addition to using natural resources and energy resources effectively and efficiently with the life cycle approach, we carry out studies to prevent environmental pollution under controlling the environmental dimensions resulting from our activities.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

World Medicine aims to provide information security and service continuity with the objective of being a leading company in the all sector in which it carries on its activities. In this regard, it has started to implement the requirements of ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, which is an international standard, being aware of its responsibility to fully comply with the law and legislation, with the contracts it has made with the relevant parties within the framework of quality and continuous service understanding.

As World Medicine, our main objectives of Information Security are;

Supply Chain Policy

As World Medicine Group of Companies, we work to leave a healthy and happy world to new generations by placing the sustainability approach at the center of our way of doing business. We adopt a perspective that is not only limited to our own operations but also includes our suppliers. A production that respects the environment, employees and society is very important to us and we encourage our suppliers to develop a similar approach.

The Supply Chain Policy defines the environmental, social and ethical responsibilities we expect all of our global suppliers of goods and services to the World Medicine Group to comply with. We expect our suppliers to comply with the policy and communicate the policy to their employees and their supply chains. All our global supplier contracts include the policy and we select our suppliers from organizations that comply with the policy.

We respect and support international human rights principles, including the International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, the United Nations Global Compact, the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and national laws.

Child Labor

As World Medicine, we are sensitive about child labor and expect the same sensitivity from all suppliers. Our suppliers must comply with the legal minimum age limit and must not employ workers under the age of 15 (14 in some developing countries) within the scope specified in Article 138 of the International Labor Organization Convention. Young workers over the minimum age must be protected from any factors that may harm their social, physical and emotional development and health in the work environment, and their education must not be hindered. Forced Labor Employment must be on a voluntary basis. We expect our suppliers not to use forced labour, physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse under any circumstances, and not to engage in illegal practices such as withholding original identity documents.

Fair and Equal Treatment

As World Medicine; We aim to work with suppliers who value and respect their employees, do not tolerate any form of harassment and mistreatment, and provide equal opportunities to their employees.

We expect our suppliers not to discriminate in recruitment and work environment based on gender, ethnicity, religion, race, nationality, age, physical capacity, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership, political opinion and similar issues.

Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining

The right of all employees to organize and bargain collectively within the framework of legal regulations must be respected. There should be no pressure or discrimination on employees who exercise their right to organize and collective bargaining.

Working Hours and Wages

All employees must have a legal work permit and be under contract. A fair wage should be paid, at least at the minimum wage level; Payments must be regular and on time. There should be no discrimination in remuneration. Legal leave, compensation, overtime pay and all other benefits must be provided within the framework of legal requirements. Working hours and overtime must comply with laws and industry standards.

Safe and Clean Work Environment

World Medicine suppliers are responsible for providing their employees with a safe, healthy and hygienic working environment. In order to prevent work-related accidents and diseases and minimize risks, it is necessary to carry out necessary checks and maintenance, follow safety procedures and provide protective equipment. In this context, necessary occupational health and safety training should be given; Training, accidents and precautions taken against them should be recorded. Applications must comply with applicable national laws and regulations.

Environmental Protection

We expect World Medicine suppliers to comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations. Necessary environmental permits must be obtained and compliance with the law must be ensured. Suppliers should work to minimize their consumption, carbon and air emissions, natural resource use and waste. Storage, transportation and use of chemicals must comply with the rules so as not to harm the environment. Disposal of waste and discharge of wastewater must be carried out within the framework of environmental obligations and limits. The environmental impacts of the activities to be carried out should be taken into consideration in decision-making processes.

Sufficiency

In customer and supplier selection, attention is paid to ensure that the relevant parties have a positive history in this field, as well as financial performance, experience, technical and logistics competence criteria. In customer selection, attention is paid to the customers' attitudes and behaviors towards their suppliers. The customer's reputation and ethical values are important. The same applies to supplier selection. Objective criteria are taken as basis in evaluations of relevant parties that we work with or will work with.

Security

Information requiring commercial confidentiality is protected. The information of the parties will not be transferred to third parties without consent or without notice. Suppliers must protect World Medicine's confidential information. Suppliers who access confidential information due to business relationships cannot share this information with anyone without the permission of World Medicine. If the supplier sees an error in World Medicine's permitted information, he/she must contact World Medicine and refrain from using this information.

Quality

Products and services must comply with the quality standards prescribed by relevant laws. GMP, ISO and all quality standards that we are obliged to implement must be observed.

Ethical Principles

We expect World Medicine suppliers to comply with all laws and regulations to which they are subject and to keep their records transparent and up-to-date to prove compliance with relevant regulations.

We expect World Medicine Suppliers not to tolerate any form of corruption or bribery; One should not give or receive bribes and/or gifts for the purpose of gaining benefit or facilitating business. It must establish the necessary mechanisms and policies to combat corruption and bribery. It must avoid situations that may create a conflict of interest and protect the intellectual property rights of its business partners.
