Study of the analgesic effect of diclofenac sodium eye drops during panretinal laser coagulation in patients with diabetic retinopathy

It was studied the analgesic effect of topical sodium diclofenac 0.1 % drops during panretinal laser coagulation in 46 patients with diabetic retinopathy compared with the control group (46 patients).

It was found that topical sodium diclofenac 0.1 % drops have analgesic effect during panretinal laser coagulation and facilitate this laser treatment in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
